The seat and carrycot both come with hoods with pull-down sun canopy extensions that are UV50+. They are durable and waterproof, unlike other hoods for prams that can be blown back onto toddlers faces.
It does not have much storage space but it has an ample basket that is deep enough to accommodate a changing bag or a large amount of groceries. It can also be linked with a Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a travel system for infants up to 20 pounds (car seat and adapters are sold separately). If you are looking for a stroller that can be taken on the road, the City Tour 2 is an ideal choice.
