The TAVO Next is a budget stroller that is able to accommodate children up to 50 pounds. It's incredibly spacious, and the seat reclines easily and is laid flat. While the TAVO is a great option for parents looking to save money, it's not the ideal choice if you want to use a bassinet or a reversible seat. It's a little more expensive than some other 2 in 1 prams but it's well worth the investment as the quality and function of this model is top-quality.

The Roo+ is simple to use and comes with a handy quick-start guide. It snaps together quickly and takes less than 10 minutes to become road-ready. It doesn't come with a built-in canopy therefore your children will have to wear their own sunshades if they need extra coverage from the elements.
During our tests, we discovered that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that performed well. It can navigate most terrains, but it has issues on grassy areas and over gravel. It can be difficult to steer over and up 1-inch curbs. We don't recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, but it does offer excellent suspension to minimize bumps for passengers.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin underneath the seat, but it's hard to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a common issue twin frame strollers typically have, but Joovy provides an additional baby carrier that fits under the seat to help solve this issue.
In contrast to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have self-standing folds or cup holders. This is a minor sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage features, but we'd prefer to have more flexibility from our strollers. The stroller's flexibility in seating configuration is a big plus. Parents can place their infant car seats either opposite directions or in the same direction, depending on their preferences.
5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side
The Delta Children LX Side by Side scored a high score both for weight and size folded making it the best value in our double umbrella stroller review. It also scores well for maneuverability which is a crucial feature for parents who are looking for a stroller that can be tucked away in small spaces. The Delta is a bare-bones product that lacks some features that other strollers that we tested provide, such as a deep recline or large storage basket. It's a great choice for families on a limited budget or for those who only require a second stroller for occasional use, like for trips to the zoo.
The LX Side by Side is a light, compact stroller that is easy to push and turn. Its frame is short, it has with swivel wheels in the front and padded shoulder pads ensure a smooth ride. It's comfortable for all passengers with a multi-position reclining seat and cup holder for parents.
It also comes with a large canopy that is European style that provides shade from the sun as well as some protection from light winds. It also comes with two storage bags as well as a five-point harness for security.
The Delta took less than three minutes to put together which is the quickest time of our test group. The manual is not very good, and the assembly does not require tools. It is one of our lighter products and it folds flat making it easy to lift and carry.
