The Classic Pro may not be more advanced than some basic machines however it is able to deliver cafe-quality espresso thanks to the professional portafilter and group. However as only a single boiler machine, it cannot brew and steam simultaneously and will need to wait a short while between pulling out a shot.
With a sleek, industrial design that looks elegant and feels solid in your hand, the Classic Pro features simple switches for brewing/steam and On/Off with indicators that are easy to get to grips with. The frame and switches are also more durable than the Classic making this machine have a real premium feel.
In terms of accessories, the Classic Pro doesn't come with many, but the standard commercial portafilter 58 millimeter and the tamper made from plastic are a great addition. A three-way solenoid valve is also a nice addition that stops water pressure fluctuations and assists in getting rid of sloppy coffee pucks which less expensive machines struggle with.
