Mesothelioma Cancer
Mesothelioma is a cancer caused by exposure to asbestos. Inhaling asbestos fibers can cause pleural cancer, and swallowing
asbestos litigation can cause cancer of the peritoneal area.
Symptoms may mimic symptoms of less serious illnesses. They can take 10 - 50 years to show. Symptoms can include abdominal pain, chest pain and shortness of breathe.
Risk Factors
Mesothelioma develops when asbestos fibres get into the body. The most common mesothelioma type is mesothelioma that is found in the chest cavity's lining and the lungs.
