What is Pragmatism?
People who are pragmatic prioritize actions and solutions which are likely to succeed in the real world. They don't get bogged by unrealistic theories that may not be practical in the real world.
This article explores three of the principles of pragmatic inquiry. It also provides two project examples on organizational processes in non-government organizations. It asserts that pragmatism is a a valuable and worthwhile research methodology to study these dynamic processes.
It's a way of thinking
