Roasting
As a light roast Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa brings citrus hints to bring the balance. The result is a coffee that is a great drink by itself, or paired with milk chocolate or cake. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges very well.
When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boil water to ensure that it stays warm and ready to brew. After the brewing process, let the
coffee beans uk 1kg infuse for 4 minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Don't stir or stir your
