According to the report Miss Kelly was suffering from a variety of mental health issues, including bipolar disorder, bulimia and anorexia. She was also victimized by her husband and was an addict to drugs. Depression, anxiety, and stress exacerbated her symptoms. She was also diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder and schizoaffective disorder.
Elayaperumal claims that Medtronic deliberately discriminated against him because of his race and national origin.
