The Cybex Gazelle is easy to maneuver and lightweight which makes it perfect for parents who enjoy exploring. It's more expensive than other two-in-one prams but it's well worth the cost as the quality and function of this model is top-quality.

Our mum tester Sophie from London used this stroller with her two girls aged 5 and 10 months. She found it easy to maneuver and smooth on cobbled streets, even if the ground was uneven. 4. Joovy Twin Roo+
A frame stroller that is minimalist, the Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in functionality and a large storage bin. It's among the most lightweight twin strollers available. It weighs 24 pounds without infant car seat attachments, which is on the lighter side for a double stroller. It is a bit heavier than the UPPAbaby Vista V2 Double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 Double.
The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide and is simple to use. It snaps together quickly and takes less than 10 minutes to get road-ready. It doesn't come with a built-in canopy which means your kids will need to wear their own sunshades if you need extra coverage from the elements.
Through our tests, we found that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that performed well. It is able to maneuver through most terrains easily, but it has trouble going over gravel and grassy areas. It can also be hard to steer over and up curbs that are 1 inch in height. We don't recommend using this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does offer excellent suspension to minimize bumps for passengers.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin under the seat, but it's difficult to access without removing infant car seats. This is a problem twin frame strollers often have however Joovy provides an additional underseat baby carrier to help solve this issue.
Unlike other top-scoring models, the Roo+ does not have a self standing fold or cup holders. This is a minor sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage features, but we'd prefer a little more versatility from our strollers. Its flexibility in seating configuration is a benefit, however, as it allows parents to place their infant car seats facing in opposite directions or in the same direction, to better suit their needs.
