The latest figures have been released showing that the three-wheeled buggie which was a symbol of the decade of more money than wisdom is in a decline. They are being replaced by four-wheelers that are able to handle a wider range of terrain, while still looking swanky and being easy to push.

MFM reviewer Kath tested the buggy with a newborn and 3 year old and found that it coped well with cobbles, grass, rough roads, dirt tracks and kerbs. She said "it is solid to push and very solid when traversing difficult terrain. The tyres, that are inflatable and require to be pumped up occasionally they have suspension built-in. This was very comfortable for my kids.
Another thing to think about is the seat size and shape. It is important for the seat to be large enough for your child to be comfortable and to allow them to lie down. Some three-wheel buggies will have the option of reclining completely, while others only allow for a parent facing one.

Many
3 wheel pushchairs feature air-filled tyres, which means they are able to handle many different terrains and are much more adaptable than 4-wheelers. They're also lighter. They are also more susceptible to punctures, so you'll need to have an repair kit and spare inner tube in your arsenal.

One of the primary benefits to a three wheel buggy is that it's much easier to maneuver particularly with a child in the back. They are designed to ensure that the front wheels be turned on a dime and are easy to maneuver, making them perfect for difficult terrain like parks, cobblestones, bumpy roads, and dirt tracks.
MFM reviewer Kath tried a
3 wheeler buggies-wheeler with her toddler, and she said: "The Terrain is a joy to maneuver in rough terrain. The swivel wheel front was particularly helpful." I was also awed by the way it handled kerbs when using the hand-operated break. It was very stable for descending or on uneven terrain."
The only drawback of this incredible maneuverability is that the
3 wheeler strollers wheel buggy's larger wheels sometimes mean that it will struggle in tight spaces - something to keep in mind if you live in a urban region. If this is a concern, a 4-wheel buggy might be better for you.

Plus, there's also an excellent pouch on the back of the unit, as well as two smaller mesh pockets underneath the hood where you can keep your keys and phone.
