Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
The upgrade of gear can increase its stats base and often enhances its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are applied.
The most powerful racial Shield Razortail, for example, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption function in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens let you buy a new item, like armor, weapon, or ring. The item is swapped for a different one similar one, with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective option to upgrade equipment. They don't maintain the original item's level and any money wasted will not be refunded.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors through several means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute on the equipment for example, increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.
Players can reroll their equipment using three aspects that include physical power, magical power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase damage from weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.
There are three types of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The marker that rerolls, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action spaces, stays on the spot until the next success is being rerolled. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the beginning of each preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grasping them. Once they are open they show a complete description and an icon for the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of money.
As a result, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls, and those that are located in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase an item's level by increasing its stats and attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the item's current level and what it will be after being upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.
After deciding on the item to upgrade, the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item, the
upgrade item process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the longevity of the item. This makes the system an excellent way for players to get a significant advantage in combat without putting stress on their accounts. Furthermore players can transfer experience and the progress of an upgraded item onto a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.
New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. However, there are many ways to acquire these stones, such as contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. Additionally players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that lets players boost the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an
Best item upgrader with upgrade materials and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will be upgraded to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item has been reached.
Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components don't stack against each other, and can only be added to a single item at a time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a particular quantity of items to be added, as well as a minimum level for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add items to be upgraded. On the right, previews show what the gear looks like at its next level. When the player has enough items and has pressed the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can slot into armors, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets in order to provide an extra effect or attribute benefit while the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, acquired by completing quests or exchanged between players.
upgrade item components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs that can be removed and replaced freely.
Requirements
Items upgrades allow players to boost certain stats of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the type of item however, you'll usually require Dilithium as well as the number of Upgrade tokens.
The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This will give them additional effects or an increase in quality of the item. The upgrades can be acquired from various sources in the game, such as crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been inserted into an item, it can't be removed and changed without restriction, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped without restrictions.
Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components have additional modifiers which can further enhance the stats of the item.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense and gives an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire" however increases damage from weapons.
Certain items are better off being upgraded less for their increased stats and more because it allows players to get the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance, is highly valued by melee PvP communities and can be worth up to 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.
The game will highlight the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
