The TAVO is a good choice for parents looking to save money. However it's not the ideal option if you need a reversible or bassinet seat. It only faces only one way, and it doesn't have the capacity to allow for a car seat, or other accessories, such as the bassinet stand, rain cover, cup holder or a tray for snacks for children. The MIXX Next is the better choice for those who need more, as it can take these accessories.
You can travel far or near and transfer baby from the car to the curb using the TAVO's built-in Free-flex suspension for a comfortable ride. The spacious, luxurious seat lets baby lay back and relax, or drift off to dreamland. Parents will also appreciate the compact fold-away wheel and MagneTech Secure Snap.

It's considered a "modular stroller" or "convertible stroller", and it has more than 20 different configurations for use with different seat units, cots, and infant car seats (car seat adapters are sold separately).
The Cybex Gazelle is easy to maneuver and lightweight which makes it perfect for parents who enjoy exploring. It has a big storage basket as well as a variety of attachments so parents can carry their groceries or do light shopping. It's a little more expensive than some other two-in-one prams, but it's a worthwhile investment as the quality and performance of this model is top-quality.

It weighs only 24 lbs. without infant car seat attachments. It's very light for a double stroller. It is a bit heavier than the UPPAbaby Vista v2 Double and the Thule Urban Glide

The Roo+ is simple to use and comes with a quick-start guide. It snaps together easily and is road-ready within less than 10 minutes. It doesn't come with a canopy built in and you'll need to provide your own sunshades to your children if they require additional protection from the elements.
During our tests, we noticed that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that performed well. It's able to navigate most types of terrain with ease, however it isn't able to navigate over grassy areas and gravel. It isn't easy to steer over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. This stroller is not recommended to use on stairs or off-road. However, its suspension system can assist to minimize bumps.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin underneath the seat, but it's hard to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a common issue twin frame strollers typically have however Joovy provides an additional underseat
baby pram 2 in 1 carrier to help solve this issue.
Unlike other top-scoring models, the Roo+ does not have self-standing folds or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for the car seat compatibility and storage but we would prefer a
stroller 2 in 1 car seat with a bit more versatility. The flexibility of its seating configuration is a nice feature, however, as it allows parents to place their infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction to better suit their requirements.
5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side
Delta Children LX Side by Side scored high for its weight and fold size. It is the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scored highly for maneuverability which is a crucial aspect for parents seeking a travel stroller that will fit into small spaces. The Delta is a basic product and does not have the features other strollers we have tested like a big storage basket or a deep recline. It's a great choice for families with a tight budget or for those who need a second stroller occasionally such as for a trip to the Zoo.
The LX Side by Side is a lightweight stroller that is easy to push and turn. Its relatively small frame, swivel front wheels and padding for the shoulder pads ensure the perfect ride for your little ones. It's comfortable for all passengers with a multi-position recline seat and cup holder for parents.
It also has a large European-style canopy that provides shade from the sun as well as some protection against light wind. It also comes with two storage bags as well as a five-point harness for security.
The Delta was assembled in less than three minutes, which is the fastest time of all the test groups. The manual isn't great, and the assembly doesn't require tools.
