Roasting
Lazy Sunday is light roast that is easy to taste. It softens and transforms into a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges extremely well.
We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee as this can cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in your cup.
