There's a small storage pouch that is attached to the back of the seat but it wouldn't be large enough for the use of a changing bag.
The Out 'n' About Nipper Sport V4 is suitable for use from birth. However, it's advised to wait until the child is six months old before using it for running. This is because the harness isn't tight enough to allow a comfortable fit for a newborn, so you'll need to purchase a separate carrycot or newborn insert.
