It's not the tiniest stroller, but it has enough features to make it worth considering. During testing, we found that the Cloud was easy to set up and open. It's a little more challenging to close the cloud, however. You have to slide a slider before you pull a big white button to cause it to collapse. It can be quite frustrating, especially if you're juggling kids while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a tiny, but deep storage basket. It's large enough to accommodate an enormous diaper bag. It's a bit narrow, though you'll probably need to put something in to reach the back to take it out. The Cloud comes with an adult tray and a child tray each with two cup holders. However, both are too small for larger bottles or cups.
Kolcraft is a family-owned business that has been operating since 1946. Their first products included diapers and crib pads however, they now make various baby products like highchairs as well as strollers, infant car seats and toys. The company is based in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design, which is ideal for travel. It's light at 18 lbs (lighter than many single strollers!) and can fold flat for easy transport and storage. It also comes with independently reclined seats and large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors with peekaboo windows and extra-large storage bags underneath the seat. The swivel wheels on the Jeep are also fantastic to maneuver over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller doesn't accept car seats. Your child must be at least six months old and have a strong neck control in order to use the front seat. The stroller does have an umbrella sun canopy with three panels and each seat comes with a cupholder and snack tray.
Another stroller that is extremely light is Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's heavier than Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 lbs. However, it's tinier and thinner (26.5 inches wide!) It's packed with exquisite details that make it perfect for travel. It folds up easily, very maneuverable, and is easily able to fit in overhead compartments and the trunks of airplanes.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+
double running stroller or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's pretty similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it has a few key distinctions. It's a little more expensive but has a better sun canopy and more maneuverability. It has a convenient strap for carrying and can be used by children who weigh up to 44 pounds in one seat.
Summer 3D Pac for Infants CS+
If you're looking for a stroller that's lightweight but also loaded with features you'll find it in the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It is not only incredibly lightweight, weighing just 13 pounds but also has plenty of storage space, including cupholders for both parents and children as well as a sippy-cup pouch for children, a parent's storage pocket and so on. This stroller is also compatible with a child's seat and has a brake that flips that is easily engaged. This stroller is designed to expand with your child. It can be transformed from a baby stroller into a toddler stroller simply by attaching the car-seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months and older.
Another thing to take note of about this stroller is that it operates on swivel wheels, and doesn't have locking features therefore it may not be the best option for rocky or sloping terrain. It maneuvers well on sidewalks that are paved and other smooth surfaces, however it's an excellent choice for the majority of families.
