Best All-Terrain Pram ukThis lightweight stroller from Out N About is an excellent choice for those looking for a
best all-terrain pram uk that can take on rough terrain and country walks. The larger rear wheels offer better performance on bumpy surfaces and the one-handed folding feature is an added advantage.
It also works with an integrated travel system that includes a car seat as well as a carrycot (sold separately). Our test-driver's parents found the pram to be easy to use on smooth surfaces as well as in towns, but it did struggle a little over bumpy terrain.
1. UPPAbaby Ridge
There are UPPAbaby strollers everywhere on playgrounds and city sidewalks however the Ridge is their first jogger that is also designed for
all terrain stroller uk-terrain adventures. Launched in 2021, the UPPAbaby Ridge is a solid rival to BOB joggers such as the Alterrain Pro, Revolution Flex and Rambler. The Ridge shares many of the same features as other Joggers. However it stands out with its mountain bike-style disc brake system and never-flat tires.
The Ridge seat is higher than other jogging chairs, allowing children to see the surroundings more clearly. The seat can be reclined in several positions by using a standard plastic toggle, and two straps connected to the stroller's back. The canopy is pretty large and can be extended to give more coverage on long walks. However, the plastic cover could be susceptible to becoming dirty during rainy or muddy excursions.
The UPPAbaby Ridge's wheels are made of foam instead of air-filled. This means that you do not need to carry additional tires or an air pump. The Ridge comes with a rear wheel lock to allow running, as well as a wheel on the front which can be adjusted for different terrains. The UPPAbaby Ridge has a parking brake which is activated by your foot, much like other jogging stollers.
A large, spacious basket under the seat gives ample space for snacks, toys and equipment for children. The canopy can be opened to give more coverage when it is sunny, or closed on cloudy days. Ridge is compatible with UPPAbaby's infant car seat and Bassinet accessory. (Adapters sold separately).
One drawback to the UPPAbaby Ridge is that it's bulky and heavy when folded. It can be a challenge to get on and off public transit with the stroller and it's difficult to maneuver through narrow aisles of shopping or storefronts.

The stroller comes with a huge sun canopy that protects your child from sun and wind. The stroller comes in a variety of colors and has reflective details to increase visibility. The push bar that can be reversible is a great feature, as it makes it easier to manoeuvre and make precise turns on busy streets or uneven park paths.
Cybex Avi is a winner of multiple awards, including the Red Dot Design award, which is among the most famous international competitions for product design. It's a great honor to receive as it's a sign of Cybex Avi's commitment to design and innovation in their products.
What's more, the Avi Spin is available in a single box package and comes with
3 wheel all terrain pushchair frame colors and five fabric colours to choose from, so you can personalize it to match your style. It's also compatible with a variety of accessories, like a rain cover and insect nets, to enhance your outdoor adventures.
The Avi Spin has a one-pull harness that's easy to use and quick to learn and allows you to spend more time exploring. The stroller also folds flat to make it easy to store making it ideal for drives into town or for trips to running and hiking places further away.
The Avi Spin is easy to use on roads and pavements however it isn't able to perform well on gravelly, rocky and wet tracks. If you plan to use it in these terrains, we suggest purchasing a set of trail tyres for the most efficient results.

The shopping basket is easily accessed and a clip-on bag for changing can also be attached to the rear of the seat.
The Nipper V5 is an excellent option for families who are keen on exercising and enjoying the fresh air with their children. However, if you plan on using it for jogging, you need to remember that your child should be at minimum 6 months old prior to when you begin jogging with them.
Out N About has a small but well-designed selection of double buggies. Their slimline Nipper Sport double is ideal for parents of twins or a baby and toddler combination. 4. Graco Expedition
The Graco Expedition, our cheapest model, is a great choice for parents who are looking for a smooth ride with plenty of storage space. It has a small fold and stands on its own to save space when not in use. Its wheels were easy to maneuver around corners and rolled smoothly across the various terrains we tested. It did not perform as well in the uphill direction compared to the other wagons we tested.
The Expedition comes with a parent tray that has two cup holders, and a covered storage space. It also comes with a child tray that comes with two cups as well as a snack area, and two cup holders. It is compatible with an adapter for Graco car seats to create a travel system. The canopy can be repositioned forward and backward however it is not large enough to offer much protection.
The Expedition features brake pedals that control both rear wheels. They're simple to activate and release however the underside of the pedals is rough on bare feet or sandals. In our runaway-wagon test the brakes were able to stop the stroller that was weighed, but first it skidded before it stopped. The model isn't equipped with the safety harness that has three points. The cushioned seat is comfortable, but it isn't reclining to the fullest extent. It's not a great choice for runners.
