Baby Jogger City Select Stroller & City Select Car Seat
The City Select 2 Stroller, Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that converts from a single to double stroller with the addition of an additional seat or glider board (sold separately). It can also be set up to become a triple travel system by adding an infant bench seat or car seat. It comes with 24 options in all and is the most highly rated stroller. This model is constructed with Baby Jogger’s soft durable, breathable and sustainably-sourced TENCEL fabrics. They help regulate the temperature. It features a premium leatherette handlebar as well as a bumper bar and comes with the belly bar. It is 20% smaller and lighter than the top single-to-double stroller, the UPPAbaby V2.
It has a medium-sized sunshade and a handy magnetic peek-aboo window that is simple to open and close. The telescoping bar is one of the most easily adjustable, and is suitable for parents of any height. The seats recline and there is an adjustment button for the footwell to assist you in positioning your child in the most comfortable position. The storage bin is spacious however we would prefer it had an opening that was more secure. The bin is easy to open, but the zippers are a bit frustrating because they have to be removed and
three Wheeler pushchair put back in place after every use.
Like its counterparts Like its brothers, the City Select has single-action brakes which are easy to set and release with the release of a lever on the side of the frame that is lower than the handlebar. It is sandal- and barefoot friendly and a step up from the clunky brake levers some competitors use.
This is the only stroller that we have tested that can take two infant seats. It's a great option for parents who have twins or an infant on the way. It can fit most infant car seats from the major brands using an adapter. We tested it on Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models and also the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.
The City Select is incompatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. It's a good choice for families that already have a car seat and want a stroller that can accommodate it, but you may prefer a convertible stroller that fits an additional car seat in this case.
